It's time to think about winter training that will keep our skills sharp and raise our abilities to the next level.  Lawrence Hamnett will again be hosting our 12th Winter Technical Training Program run by the NY Red Bulls from January 5, 2025 to March 2, 2025.   The sessions are conducted every Sunday morning inside the basketball gym at Mercer County Community College. The program focuses on the technical skill development of our recreational and travel players, that includes passing, receiving, dribbling, turning, shooting and small-sided games.  The primary focus of these sessions is growth and skill development that results in a more confident and technical player. 

Registration spots are limited to ensure a participant-to-trainer ratio that provides more personalized instruction.  Register quickly to reserve your spot.

Session 1: 8:15 am to 9:15 am for Coed birth years 2020 to 2017

Session 2: 9:15 am to 10:15 am for Coed birth years 2016 to 2015

Session 3: 10:15 am to 11:15 am for Coed birth years 2014 to 2013

Session 4: 11:15 am to 12:15 pm for Coed birth years 2012 to 2009
